Who is this for?

Anyone responsible for someone else’s learning: teachers, instructional designers, trainers, coaches, adult educators, prior-learning assessors, and program builders. Many won’t call themselves “designers.” The blog’s early job is to show them they are.

How is this different from The Good Learner Project?

The Good Learner Project is written from the learner’s chair — how to learn well in the age of AI. Good Learning by Design is written from the other chair — how to design learning well. Same worldview, different seat. The two books are a matched pair, and both are by Tika Thapa.

Is there a video series?

No. This is a blog — a 12-part written series and standalone posts. If that changes, it will be announced here.

When is the book out?

Good Learning by Design is finished and in production; the buy link goes live here and on the book page the moment it’s available. Its companion, The Good Learner, is complete too.

Can I quote or share the posts?

Yes, with attribution and a link. For reprints, talks, or licensing, please get in touch.
